Manchester United finally brought the Erik Ten Hag era at Old Trafford to an end on Monday 28th October.
Erik Ten Hag has been sacked at Manchester United following a 2-1 defeat away from home by West Ham. The club has said Ruud Van Nistelrooy will remain the clubs interim manager for the meantime.
“We are grateful to Erik for everything he has done during his time with us and wish him well for the future.
“Ruud van Nistelrooy will take charge of the team as interim head coach, supported by the current coaching team, whilst a permanent head coach is recruited.”
