Football fans debates
Pep Guardiola has just made history this season, just as always, winning the English premier league four times in a row on Sunday, and not even the most successful manager in EPL history has managed to do that. But football fans still believe Sir Alex Ferguson is the GOAT ahead of Pep Guardiola.
A poll on footballdebates.com has revealed that Sir Alex Ferguson has an edge over Pep Guardiola in the GOAT Debate (Coaches) with him taking 58% of the votes from football fans, and the latter only taking 42%. While it looks like a close race, it shows how much Ferguson is placed in high regards compared to his contemporaries. It’s been over ten years since he has retired, and football fans around the world still remember his greatness.
Sir Alex Ferguson is the most decorated football manager of all time, but Pep Guardiola is not far behind and he’s going strong. With Jürgen Klopp gone from the English premier league, and Erik Ten Hag still light years behind, the only manager that can put up a fight against Pep’s Man City is Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal. With the EPL trophy sealed on Sunday, it brought Pep’s total to 33. If he wins the FA Cup this coming Saturday, it becomes 34, 15 trophies behind Sir Alex Ferguson.
